When you signed in to your email account, it should have asked you to enter a secondary phone number and/or email address. Please try the Forgot my password button on the sign in screen. 


If you don't have a forgot password button on the app you're using, please open a browser and navigate to www.office.com. Attempt to sign in there, and use the Forgot my password button there. 


If using the Forgot my password option doesn't help, please submit a New Support Ticket at stjoebruins.freshdesk.com
